At ColorIt, we want you to love every piece you wear, so we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all items in their original, unworn condition. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are here to ensure your shopping experience remains vibrant and stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn garments with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
